These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and your donations to the Ish Matzliach Organization. By checking the "I agree" box at checkout or by using the Site, you accept these Terms. Participation in the weekly sweepstakes is governed by the Official Sweepstakes Rules, which control in the event of any conflict with these Terms.
This website is operated by the Ish Matzliach Organization, 1694 Ocean Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11230, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN 93-3378723). Questions about these Terms, your donations, or your entries may be sent to sweepstakes@ishmatzliach.co.
The Site accepts one-time donations and weekly recurring donation plans, in the amounts shown at checkout. A weekly plan is charged in full at signup; it then renews automatically on each drawing night — Tuesday at 10:00 PM Eastern Time — until cancelled. At checkout you may optionally add an amount to cover payment-processing fees so the full donation reaches the organization. Donations made in connection with sweepstakes entries are generally not tax-deductible as charitable contributions; consult your tax advisor.
You may cancel a weekly plan yourself at any time — no login or account required — using the personal manage link shown at checkout (and sent with your confirmation) or via the "Manage / Cancel Entries" page linked in the Site footer. Cancellation stops all future charges and future automatic entries; entries already issued remain valid for their drawing. Donations already made are non-refundable except as required by law. Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback may void the entries associated with that payment, as described in the Official Rules.
We send email receipts and entry confirmations to the address you provide. If you provide a telephone number, you may receive transactional text messages about your entries — receipts, drawing reminders, and winner notification. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages without your separate consent.
Participation in the weekly sweepstakes is governed by the Official Sweepstakes Rules, which control in the event of any conflict with these Terms. No purchase or donation is necessary to enter or win, and a donation will not improve your chances of winning.
You agree to provide accurate, current information when using the Site and to use it only for its intended purpose. Fraud, misrepresentation, automated or scripted entries, and any tampering with the entry or payment process are prohibited and may result in voided entries and disqualification under the Official Rules.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the organization's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amounts you contributed to the organization through the Site. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Kings County (Brooklyn), New York. The Official Rules contain additional liability and dispute provisions that apply to the sweepstakes.
We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
