1. Who We Are

This website is operated by the Ish Matzliach Organization, 1694 Ocean Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11230, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN 93-3378723). Questions about these Terms, your donations, or your entries may be sent to sweepstakes@ishmatzliach.co.

2. Donations & Billing

The Site accepts one-time donations and weekly recurring donation plans, in the amounts shown at checkout. A weekly plan is charged in full at signup; it then renews automatically on each drawing night — Tuesday at 10:00 PM Eastern Time — until cancelled. At checkout you may optionally add an amount to cover payment-processing fees so the full donation reaches the organization. The Ish Matzliach Organization is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and donations may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law; the deductible amount may be affected by the value of any sweepstakes entries received — consult your tax advisor.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel a weekly plan yourself at any time — no login or account required — using the personal manage link shown at checkout (and sent with your confirmation) or via the "Manage / Cancel Entries" page linked in the Site footer. Cancellation stops all future charges and future automatic entries; entries already issued remain valid for their drawing. Donations already made are non-refundable except as required by law. Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback may void the entries associated with that payment, as described in the Official Rules.

4. Communications

We send email receipts and entry confirmations to the address you provide. By providing your telephone number at checkout, you agree that you may receive transactional text messages about your entries — receipts, drawing reminders, and winner notification. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages without your separate consent.

5. The Sweepstakes

Participation in the weekly sweepstakes is governed by the Official Sweepstakes Rules, which control in the event of any conflict with these Terms. No purchase or donation is necessary to enter or win, and a donation will not improve your chances of winning.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to provide accurate, current information when using the Site and to use it only for its intended purpose. Fraud, misrepresentation, automated or scripted entries, and any tampering with the entry or payment process are prohibited and may result in voided entries and disqualification under the Official Rules.

7. Disqualification & Suspension

The Sponsor may void entries and/or suspend or permanently disqualify a participant from current and future drawings for any of the following:

• Submitting entries under multiple, false, or another person's name, address, email, or telephone number, or otherwise misrepresenting identity or residence;
• Using multiple accounts, addresses, or devices to exceed any stated entry limit, including the limit of one (1) free mail-in entry per person and per household per drawing;
• Automated, scripted, or mechanically reproduced entries, or any tampering with the entry, payment, or drawing process;
• Payment fraud, including chargebacks or disputes initiated in bad faith;
• Abusive, threatening, or disruptive conduct toward the Sponsor, its volunteers, or other participants.

Determinations are made by the Sponsor in its sole and reasonable discretion and are final. Voided entries are removed before the affected drawing and are not eligible to win. Donations associated with voided entries are non-refundable except where required by law, and the Sponsor may, at its discretion, refund a donation in place of issuing entries. Where practical, the Sponsor will notify the participant of a disqualification and its basis at the email or telephone number on file; a participant who believes a determination was made in error may write to sweepstakes@ishmatzliach.co within seven (7) days. A suspension or disqualification does not entitle the participant to any refund of prior donations, and the Sponsor reserves all other legal remedies described in the Official Sweepstakes Rules.

8. Liability & Disputes

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the organization's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amounts you contributed to the organization through the Site. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Kings County (Brooklyn), New York. The Official Rules contain additional liability and dispute provisions that apply to the sweepstakes.
